Google API Services Disclosure

Callion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our platform integrates with Google Services to power core real estate agent workflows:

Google Sheets Integration: Users can connect their Google account to import lead spreadsheets into Callion. Our application reads this data so our AI agents can parse the necessary context to call and score leads.
Google Calendar Integration: Callion allows users to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments natively within the application interface. These events are automatically synchronized, updated, or removed on the user's connected Google Calendar.

Limited Use Commitments

Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features prominent in the Callion AI interface.
Callion does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.
Google user data is never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Google user data is never used for advertising of any kind.
Humans do not read Google user data except with the user's affirmative consent, for security/abuse investigation, or to comply with law.
OAuth tokens and Google user data are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Tokens and cached Google data are deleted within 30 days of disconnect, account deletion, or revocation at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How Callion Works

A new lead is captured from Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Lead Ads, an IDX site, a CRM webhook, or a connected Google Sheet.
Callion's AI voice agent dials the lead within 60 seconds and qualifies them in a natural conversation (budget, timeline, motivation, location).
If the lead is ready, Callion books the appointment on the agent's connected Google Calendar in real time.
