Callion AI is an AI voice ISA — an inside sales agent for U.S. real estate teams. It calls every new lead in under 60 seconds, qualifies them by voice, books appointments, and logs everything to the agent's CRM, 24/7. Why we built Callion
It started with a plane ticket. Our founder, Uki Pavelsek, spent ten months living in the United States as an exchange student. He met dozens of real estate agents along the way, and the same frustration came up in nearly every conversation: speed-to-lead. Agents were paying thousands for leads, then losing them — not because they weren't good at their job, but because a lead that came in at 9pm got a callback at 9am, by which point it had already talked to three other agents.
Uki couldn't let it go. He spent the next full year building a solution — testing it with the same agent friends who first described the problem, rebuilding it until it actually sounded human and actually booked appointments. He brought in George Tomic as co-founder, and together they launched Callion.
Who's behind Callion
Uki Pavelsek — Founder. Uki started Callion after seeing the speed-to-lead problem firsthand during his time in the U.S. He leads product and go-to-market, and spent a year working directly with agents to make sure Callion sounds and performs like a real ISA, not a robot. Six years across AI and digital marketing.
George Tomic — Co-Founder. George joined Uki as co-founder and leads the technology and platform behind the product — the voice engine, integrations, and the security and infrastructure that real estate teams trust with their leads.
Security & your data
- Isolated by account. Row-level security means each customer's data is walled off — no account can see another's leads or calls.
- Least-privilege by default. Internal database operations are locked down to authorized roles only; nothing sensitive is publicly accessible.
- Regularly audited. We run security reviews of our codebase and dependencies and tighten access as we grow.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. Lead, call, and account data is encrypted end-to-end across our infrastructure and trusted sub-processors (Vapi, Twilio, Supabase, Paddle).
Compliance & the TCPA
Callion gives you features designed to help you call responsibly — calling-window controls, consent capture at lead ingestion, and DNC suppression. But it's important to be clear: you are the caller of record. You're responsible for having the proper consent to contact your leads and for following the TCPA and the laws in your area.
